Who may benefit from EMDR?
EMDR can be useful for all types of emotional distress, including but not limited to:

Individuals with PTSD: EMDR has been shown to be an effective treatment for PTSD, particularly for individuals who have experienced military combat, sexual assault, or other severe traumas.

Individuals with anxiety or depression: EMDR may also be helpful for individuals with anxiety disorders, such as panic disorder or phobias, and for individuals with depression or other mood disorders.
